Northern Ireland

The Bible Society in Northern Ireland seeks to get people excited about the Bible and uses the gifts from local Christians to finance the translation and distribution of the Scriptures in around 30 countries each year. As part of the family of 147 Bible Societies, we enable people to experience God's Word in their heart language, in an appropriate medium and at an affordable cost. Working in partnership with other agencies, BSNI also seeks to present the challenge of the Bible's message to our contemporary culture at home.

Scripture Union Northern Ireland is a movement committed to helping children and young people encounter God through the Bible.

Our main ministries are working in Schools, running Camps & Missions and a local Resource Centre & Bookshop.

Wycliffe Bible Translators believe that the Bible is the best way for people to come to know and understand who God is. Our vision is that by working with churches, organisations and individuals from around the world all people will have access to God's word in a language that they truly understand.

Wycliffe exists to serve the worldwide church, partnering with churches and individuals to make the Bible available to every people group. The aim of Wycliffe is to partner with others to carry out Jesus' command to make disciples of all nations.

We see Bible translation as something that reflects the character of God. Furthermore, we see God working in and through the work of Bible translation throughout the world. It is our privilege to be involved in what God is doing.
